I had a fantastic 1-2-1 home session with Nelly, looking to tackle excessive barking in my adolescent labradoodle, Cece. Nelly was absolutely brilliant, spending loads of time getting to know my relationship and routine with Cece and was able to point out areas which are likely contributing to the barking. We worked through games and techniques to reduce the barking over time, I was given developments to work towards and resources to support. I was also introduced to the extra offerings that Unleashed have and will definitely be joining the classes in the New Year. I couldn't recommend any more highly 😊 ~ Katie R

The beginners agility course was brilliant fun. It isn't true that you can't teach an old dog (Otto is an almost 8 year old mini schnauzer) new tricks. With the right teacher anything is possible. And Nikki knows her stuff . She will find alternatives that work for you and your dog if something doesn't go as planned first time. Be prepared to get fit and to receive many quizzical looks from your four-legged friend when you mess up and they haven't a clue what you want them to do! Stop thinking about booking this class and just do it. You and your dog won't regret it. x ~ Barbara M

This was puppa and I’s first group agility session and I was a little apprehensive at what to expect and how well my puppa would engage. Nikki is very patient, gave good instructions and made the sessions fun. These sessions not only built up a foundation but also a drive for me to want to continue with this. It also showed me where I need to improve on with the basic behaviour and building up stronger foundations with my dog. I look forward to been able to build on these and continue with some more agility classes with Nikki in the future. Thoroughly enjoyable course. ~ Kirstie G

We recently completed a 6-week puppy class with our ridgeback puppy, Luna and both Nikki and Nelly were fantastic. Their experience and knowledge really helped us turn a corner with Luna’s obedience training and gave us great foundations to take the next steps. The fact that they were always on hand after each session to give support and general advice to us owners just goes to show how much they care about their four legged pupils. I would absolutely recommend Unleashed Pawtential. Nelly was our trainer and helped me lots to think about what our needs were for our particular breed of puppy. The group was small, which was nice, not too over bearing for all the dogs. Place of training essy to get to and field safe and secure. We booked a basic training session with Nikki after adopting our 6 year old rescue dog, Dougal and I'm so glad we did. She was really knowledgeable, friendly and patient during the session. We really felt at ease and had fun practicing, with great advice so we could continue the training at home. Dougal can be nervous around other dogs so the outdoor training area was private and perfect. We'll definitely be booking on to another course when he's ready. Thank you! ~ Sarah M

I’ve been going to agility classes with two of my doggies and Nikki always makes sure that we are training at our own level and progressively learning new skills. She’s very experienced and always happy to give advice with any general dog training issues I had. The classes are always fun. Also attended Nelly’s dog club where we learnt skills that are very useful in everyday situations like emergency stop. ~ Annamária P

The Recall Heroes was excellent fun/games based training for my reactive terrier Trigger and me. Nelly is a brilliant trainer and as a result Trigger's recall gets better every day. Nelly made sure the training was set up to minimise Trigger's reactivity; and also give loads of tips and help to manage/reduce it. As a result Trigger was so engaged with the training that he was almost very well behaved! ~ Tracey N

We have just completed Level 1 Scentwork classes with Nikki. We loved every class - it was fun but we learned lots. There’s no pressure to do well, but Nikki works hard to teach you the skills is scentwork whilst keeping it engaging. Nikki was so kind and patient with our slightly wary Romanian rescue dog - she really understands dog behaviour and teaches force free. We’ll definitely be going back for more classes! ~ Bethany R

Attended a 2 hour recall class with my 1 and a half year old dog. Our trainer (Nelly) was very engaging - the session flew by! The group was small so Nelly was also able to give us some individual pointers and answer any questions. We learnt lots of good things to keep practicing to work on recall but most importantly we had fun - thanks very much Nelly! Will definitely be back for some of the other sessions soon. ~ Raven S

After having a dog previously for 14 years I thought I knew at least the basics! But the puppy training classes not only allowed me to socialise my puppy they also showed me techniques I had never even thought of. It was so easy to follow and implement with my puppy over the six weeks, I definitely learned as much if not more than my dog 😀 Excellent classes and I would highly recommend. ~ adele b

We've just completed the puppy course with our 4 month old cocker spaniel Nelson. I was amazed at how much he managed to pick up during each session, even with the attention span of a gnat, and the builds were really clearly explained/ demonstrated so we knew what to practice at home. The class was also a good size to allow for 121 advice and troubleshooting when things didn't go to plan 🙃 ~ rachael a

We attended both the puppy classes and the stage one classes with our beagle puppy, Iris. We really enjoyed both and got a lot of good ideas. We noticed a huge difference in Iris over the weeks. It was great for her socialisation. The classes are fin for both owner and dog. We have really learned that it is all about how we behave with Iris. Thanks guys . ~ Jane T

Nellie has been a brilliant trainer in obedience training, she taught us recall, simple sit and drop commands, control on the leash, and a few tricks. I would definitely recommend her to a new puppy owner and will be going back to Unleashed Pawtential for agility training when my puppy is old enough. ~ Gail O

Our puppy loved the classes. They were fun and informative. We learned a lot about what motivates our puppy as well as what his personality is. We completed the puppy class over 6 weeks. Every class was fun, well explained and left with training exercises to be practising with my puppy. We have both grown in confidence and it has been so rewarding to see how much she can pick up in just one class. We had a super experience at Unleashed Pawtential on our puppy class. Nelly was so informative and explained things in a really clear way! She was fab! We attended a training session yesterday to improve our springers lead walking. It was a great class even in the rain ! Our dog enjoyed learning but it was us that needed the training . We picked Up some good training tips to use at home and would recommend Unleashed Pawtential for training we will definitely be back . ~ Hair X

This is our second time using unleashed pawtential classes; this time was the Lead Walking Masterclass. Nelly is amazing at teaching the basics during the class in a fun way for the dogs, always happy to answer further questions. We've just completed a beginner's agility course - Nikki was a great teacher and taught the dogs at their own pace rather than 'one size fits all'. My girl is very nervous of new things but she absolutely loved it, and became a little superstar over the 6 week period. ~ Helena M

The tips and tricks learnt over the 6 weeks were very helpful. The 45 minutes was long enough to keep the puppies on task. There was opportunity to ask questions and revisit techniques if needed. I've been to a few different dog trainers and this is by far the best!! Nikki is very experienced in dog behaviour and agility. She has fantastic agility equipment in a safe enclosed space. Nikki is very patient, able to teach calmly and our dogs love her! Thank you Nikki! ~ suzanne f

Nikki is fantastic, a patient and professional trainer. She has guided us through scent work from absolute beginners. What Nikki doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! Helpful videos to support our training outside our class make practice much easier. Highly recommend Unleashed Pawtential ~ Amy H

Nikki is great. I booked a one off session for my dog Zeus and he loved it. We got stuck straight in and with Nikki’s very good guidance we mastered the jumps, nailed the tunnel and safely got over the A frame a few times. We will be booking some more classes soon ~ charles v
